SUPPLEMENTARY MANUFACTURING AND ASSEMBLY OPERATIONS
We are able to ensure complete production – we offer a range of supplementary and assembly operations, such as manual welding, pressing, sheet metal rolling, upright drills and, last but not least, assembly operations including the placement of delivered components.
We perform the following operations:
- Capacitor discharge welding of bolts, threaded pins, nuts, etc.
- Pressing of bolts (both manual and robotic)
- Eccentric pressing
- Spot welding

Sheet metal rolling
- Max. sheet metal thickness: 3 mm
- Max. sheet metal width: 950 mm
- Min. rolling diameter: 95 mm
- Hydraulic presses
- Upright drills (drilling, threads, flowdrill, etc.)
- Grinding of visible surfaces (both manual and robotic)
- Complete assembly of assemblies made from components produced by MRB
- We properly package the finished products before shipping, so that the surface finish and the product itself are not damaged during transport to the customer
