GRINDING STATION

We offer both manual and robotic grinding capabilities. In total, we offer the capabilities of six manual and one robotic grinding stations. The latter is equipped with a Yaskawa GP180 robotic manipulator, two DK-500C positioning devices, an electric spindle with continuous speed control, and an active compensator with adjustable pressure force, ensuring high grinding quality.

The station also includes a storage station and automatic replacement of grinding and cutting tools, which ensures high productivity of the grinding process.

The station is designed as a two-station setup, allowing effective use of production time without delays. The design of the station enables simultaneous machining and grinding of different types of parts at each station.
