Cookies policy
What are cookies?
- 1. Cookies are short text files sent by the website to your browser. They allow the website to record information about your visit, for example the selected language and similar data. Your next visit to the website can be thus easier and more user-friendly. Cookies are important as without them the Internet browsing would be much more complicated. Cookies allow for a better use of our website and customization of its contents according to your needs. Almost every website in the world uses cookies today. Cookies are useful as they increase the user-friendliness of repeatedly visited websites. Based on these files the website can recognize you:
- (a) using so-called “session cookies” – during your visit of the website. These so-called temporary cookies will be deleted automatically once you close the browser. You can set up the browser so that it informs you about the use of cookies. This will ensure cookies use transparency. Important: if you completely disable cookies, you will probably not be able to use specific functions of our website.
- (b) using so-called “persistent cookies” – for repeated visits of the website. These persistent cookies can be checked at each visit to the website. Information that we collect through the website includes: type of browser, internet address from which the browser connected to the website, device operating system, device IP address. Some cookies are set up by a third-party advertisement system, such as Google Analytics, to display more relevant advertisements. This can be disabled in your Google account. You can also set up the computer to reject cookies, although in this case it is possible that some functions of the website will not work.
- 2. So-called “our cookies” are cookies placed on our company’s website.
- 3. So-called “third-party cookies” are cookies placed into your device by another company when visiting our website. Third-party cookies can be placed into your device by someone who provides us with a specific service (for example, Google Analytics).
- 4. Third parties do not have access to the data in our cookies, nor can we access third-party cookies.
