Do you need to produce some sheet or plate part or component, to provide your product with a metal jacket, or to produce some other mechanical engineering product? Do you lack respective technical and drawing documentation?

We can propose the easiest way from your idea or conception up to the final product to you.
Our engineering office staff is ready to discuss your wishes, ideas or design with you. In the next step, our design engineer will be going to create a 3D model of the desired product and demonstrate it to you. Then we can modify or adapt it without difficulties to fulfil your wishes; however, given technological possibilities have to be complied with. Having explained all the details needed on the model, you will be offered our exact price for the complete product incl. possible surface treatment, packaging and transport to the final destination.
Our mutual cooperation can develop as follows:
- an introductory negotiation with the client
- making a computerized model
- acceptance or modification/adaptation of the model
- our quotation for a production of a sample or for a production in series
- production of the sample
- mounting of the sample assembly, if any
- final tuning of the sample
- production of the proving series (3 to 10 pcs.)
- start of production in series
These all stages can be completed within five weeks from the first negotiations with you, depending of how exact and detailed your idea is and how sophisticated is the desired product.
Our engineering office´s services are by no means determined by the subsequent production of the part in question in our company.
If you have in mind to produce your products in our company and if you have also respective technical and drawing documentation available, it will be advantageous for you to provide them to us – you can spare both your time and money; of course, we comply with the rules of dealing with an intellectual property of another.
As to the formats you can use without difficulties to program the machines made by us, there are the following ones: DWG, DXF, IPT, IDW, IAM, IGES, STEP and SAT. We are also able to work with CDR and AI or also with BMP, JPG, TIF and PDF.
We use the drawing programs AutoCAD and 3D Model Builder INVENTOR.
